- Newly redesigned! due to the upcoming Winter Olympics in 2010...we want you to be ready!
- This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of youth ice hockey in a FUN and FRIENDLY environment.
- Teaches the basic skating prinicples for hockey, with the intention that a skater will be able to effectively skate well enough to play hockey.
- Saturdays, 10:30-11:30a.m.
- Three levels--each level is anticipated to take approximately 8 weeks.
- If a participant takes less than 8 weeks to complete a level, we will start him or her in the next level's skill set.
- If a participant takes longer than 8 weeks to complete a level, we will take as much time as he or she needs in that skill set.
- Try your first class FREE! before you sign up.
- Helmets required.
- Helmets, sticks, and equipment available for loan during class.
- FREE skates and FREE Seasonal Skating Pass for all new enrollments!
- Inital enrollment (Level One):
- $49 Registration fee
- Two enrollment options:
- $125 -- Level 1 (8 week program). Loaner equipment provided.
- $279 -- Level 1 (8 week program). This package includes: custom fitted helmet, elbow pads, shoulder pads, shin guards, gloves, pants, neck guard, stick.
- Progression Costs (Levels Two and Three):
- 8 weeks of skating sessions
- Cost is $125.00, plus tax, per 8 weeks

Beginner Adult Hockey
- Sundays, 6:00-8:00pm
- $15.00 per 2-hour session or $10 for 1-hour session.
- This class is designed to allow adults to learn to skate and learn the basics of playing hockey in a friendly, non-competitive, learn-at-your-own pace environment, without the risk of feeling
embarassed.
- We generally have one or more coaches to run drills to teach the basics of hockey skating, stickhandling, and team concepts.
- For adults only, no kids allowed.
- Helmets required, equipment recommended. A limited amount of equipment is for loan at the Skatium.
