Instructional League Adult Hockey

First timers are welcome for FREE!

Instructional hockey, or our I-League, is great for aspiring players to learn the fundamentals of ice hockey. These games are built with a judgement free environment to help all players participating improve their skills. Our instructional league is directed by Simone Bellamy, who helps players develop skills in balance, passing, shooting, and understand positional awareness.
