Participant, or his/her legal Guardian understands these risks and assumes them and therefore releases Arkansas Skatium owners, operators, managers, employees, visitors, customers, other skaters, coaches, and officials from liability resulting from participation in group instruction, private instruction, class participation, or any other skating activity conducted at the Arkansas Skatium.
